We've smashed our targets, become a Times Top 100 employer for the 8th year running, won rather a lot of awards and industry commendations and celebrated it all on a massive glamping trip. Ok, so we were rained on during a series of inflatable challenges, and hung out in A&E three times (fact), but we smiled as we partied into the night. Because whether we're finding the very best candidates for our clients or creating advertising magic, we do it together as a big, slightly quirky, talented family.

A huge amount of learning has happened over a scotch egg.

The Golden Pear Awards

These are a celebration of the year’s performance, relationships and achievements. From the highest performing team, to the funniest photo, to the most accountable team member, there are plenty of awards given out just to say ‘thank you’. Everyone gets to vote and we have a big ceremony, which last year was hosted by Keith and Graham in highly questionable suits. It leaves everyone with a nice, warm glow. Which is important don’t you think?

Glamping Conference

On 24th June, 2016 hundreds of Penna people descended on a field in Warwickshire for a glamping extravaganza. We played games, got soaked in the rain as we ran over inflatable obstacles, pulled out our best moves at the Silent Disco and laughed into the night. The theme of the event, ‘We Are Family’, was designed to bring our people even closer together as we embraced our strengths, our differences and our talents. And there was definitely a lot of alcohol involved. But don’t tell anyone.
