Hello. We’re Penna, an award-winning organisation that helps other organisations recruit the best people. How do we do this? In three simple steps – find, excite, secure. As specialists, we know how tricky all of this can be. Just because someone’s CV looks great, it doesn’t always mean they’re right for the role. Which is where our Assessment team comes in. They collaborate with a range of other Penna departments to develop bespoke assessment tools. And we’ve been incredibly successful. So much so, the team’s going through an exciting and tangible period of growth.

Now, we’re looking for assessment consultants at all levels. You might have just finished a Masters, or you’re already an established assessment consultant, business psychologist or occupational psychologist. Wherever you are in your career, you’ll immerse yourself in the design of first-class assessment products for our diverse client portfolio. If you come with some substantial experience, you’ll also be expected to help grow the team even more, contributing towards new business proposals and pitches.

Because we’re looking for people at all levels, the only qualification you need is a relevant Psychology MSc. Beyond that, Chartered status would help, but isn’t essential. In fact, we’ll support you in becoming accredited.

Junior Assessment Consultant

Do you have a Masters degree in Occupational/Organisational/Industrial/Work Psychology or similar?

Are you experienced in conducting statistical analysis, for example using SPSS?

Are you ambitious to develop skills in assessment design?

 

 

Assessment Consultant

Do you have a Masters degree in Occupational/Organisational/Industrial/Work Psychology or similar?

Do you have experience of assessment design in either a consultancy or in-house setting?

Are you able to offer experience in at least 2 of these: job analysis, competency design, design of assessment centre exercises, interview design, assessor training,  statistical analysis?

Are you committed to developing your career in assessment and occupational psychology?

 

 

Senior Assessment Consultant

Do you have a Masters degree in Occupational/Organisational/Industrial/Work Psychology or similar?

Do you have significant experience of assessment design in a client facing role, either consultancy or in-house setting?

Are you able to offer experience in at least 3 of these: job analysis, competency design, design of assessment centre exercises, interview design, assessor training,  statistical analysis?

Have you led or scoped assessment projects?

Do you have experience of proposal/bid writing or business development?
