Brief

As an Associate Consultant in the Public Sector Search Practice, you will support the delivery of high quality, cost effective and timely operational delivery of assignments and initiatives.

You will chiefly support the Directors in delivery of recruitment campaigns, business development and marketing activities.

Deliver executive search services of the highest quality to both clients and candidates, working both independently and as part of the Public Sector team

To take part in business delivery activities with additional campaign accountability supporting the  Directors

To take part in supporting and strengthening existing client relationships

To support delivery of search and selection assignments in full or part both in a supportive role

Conduct high end research working collaboratively with researches and research assistants to further the knowledge base of the practice

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

 

To support the day to day successful delivery of executive recruitment assignments, adhering to best practice standards as set out by Penna and complying with all systems and processes for data and assignment information capture

Working closely with the Research, Interim, Sourcing and our Attraction functions help design and deliver the most appropriate solution for client needs

To support in reporting to clients on status of projects and maintain the day to day working relationships with HR and line within clients

Support and ensure the effective and timely delivery of search campaigns meeting agreed deadlines and delivering high quality services to clients

To be accountable for knowledge and understanding of client directions, issues, imperatives, strategies, and organisation

Support the Public Sector Search Practice through high end research activity and capture of market intelligence

To start to develop appropriate relationships with clients to have a broad understanding of relevant external market issues and to use these to identify opportunities for the Penna proposition

Where possible, play a supportive in the sale of Penna solutions to the client and seek opportunities to grow business across the talent management offering
