As a Client Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and the Penna team, ensuring that all accounts are lovingly cared for and we reach ambitious marketing goals. A trusted partner, you’ll understand the client’s brand, objectives and markets – and challenge them when necessary, to enable a deeper connection with the perfect audience. It’s a busy role, involving everything from initial planning and strategic campaign advice, to presenting rationales and final reporting.
Oozing passion and enthusiasm, you’re a great communicator whether you’re dealing with senior stakeholders, negotiating with media suppliers or briefing in a digital campaign. You also bring with you heaps* of experience (*technical term) within education marketing, which could be agency or client side. Either way, you’ll demonstrate great commercial savvy, knowledge of the HE marketing landscape, experience in managing digital campaigns, and the ability to see projects through to their final conclusion.
