Brief

As a Consultant in the Public Sector Search Practice, you will take responsibility for the high quality, cost effective and timely operational delivery of multiple assignments and initiatives.

You will support the Associate Director and Director in leading the delivery of individual and multiple search assignments.

Deliver executive search services of the highest quality to both clients and candidates, working both independently and as part of a Sector team

To support & strengthen existing client relationships

To take part in business development and marketing activities

To independently deliver search and selection assignments in full or part to the highest standards

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

To be accountable for the day to day successful delivery of executive recruitment assignments, adhering to best practice standards as set out by Penna and complying with all systems and processes for data and assignment information capture

Working closely with colleagues in the Research, Interim, Sourcing or our Attraction function, as appropriate, to design and deliver the most effective solution for client needs

To report to clients on status of projects and manage the day to day working relationships with HR and line within clients

To be accountable for knowledge and understanding of client directions, issues, imperatives, strategies, and organisation

To agree and deliver agreed personal targets for delivery and over time account management of key accounts

To develop appropriate relationships within the clients to have a broad understanding of relevant external market issues and to use these to identify opportunities for repeat business;

Where possible, to identify opportunities for business leads for the broader of Penna offer
