The Senior Assessment Consultant role is concerned with operational delivery of Penna’s Assessment Design offering, with associated fee generation responsibilities. The Senior Assessment Consultant is also expected to make a contribution towards new and repeat business sales by attending pre-sales meetings, writing and supporting proposals, the preparation of presentation materials and making bid presentations. As subject matter experts they are also accountable for ensuring that their projects are delivered to maximum levels of client satisfaction and profitability.
