Penna climbs up to 2nd place in the IIM Survey 2017
Having finished 3rd in 2016, Penna are delighted to have been awarded 2nd Best Provider in the IIM Survey 2017. The survey provides insightful feedback into the way the interim community feel they are supported by interim providers.
Julie Towers, MD of Penna said “to be independently voted as the 2nd best provider is something to celebrate. We work hard to offer a personalised, supportive and consultative approach for our interims and we are pleased that this is something the community values. So thank you to those who voted for Penna. This year has seen the introduction of new IR35 regulations which the team worked tirelessly to support, explain and communicate, and so it’s even more encouraging to know that business and high standards as usual were delivered during change.”
In addition to this, we are delighted to announce that Toni Hall, Anthony Lewis, Tim Farr and Karen Camilleri have all been named as Leading Consultants within the survey. To have four of our consultants named in the top 19 is a tremendous achievement and is testament to the way in which they work. In the last 2 years Penna consultants have made the top spot and it’s no surprise that they, Anthony Lewis and Toni Hall have gone on to lead the team to further success and develop other successful consultants.
In May 2016 Penna were acquired by The Adecco Group, John Marshall, CEO, Professional Staffing, North America, UK & Ireland said, “I’m very proud to be associated with a group like Penna that embodies the very best in our industry. We all know how important the relationship with our interims is to our brand reputation, customer value proposition, and candidate attraction. Placing second in such an influential survey such as the IIM tells us, our interims, and our clients, that we take that relationship seriously and put the interests of our stakeholders first.”
