A vacancy has arisen within our Commercial Executive Recruitment team for a Lead/Senior Consultant in Human Resources (HR).

Reporting to the Director of the Commercial Practice, we are looking for a driven, personable, dedicated and experienced person to continue to grow our executive recruitment offer in the HR functional space.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on originating new business, building successful client relationships and can work at the senior HR level across multiple sectors.

This role is open to either someone in the Interim or Retained Search space or someone who can dual desk across both. If you are a self-motivated Consultant who is seeking their next ‘big move’ and can work in a fast paced and high performing team, then this role might be just the thing you are looking for!

A key ingredient of our success is the close working relationship between our Executive Search and Interim functions where we often partner on meetings to support clients across their Executive Recruitment needs. This way we provide the right solution each time.

  1. Responsible for supporting and organisation of regular candidate/client networking events
  2. Write thought leadership pieces for digital media
  3. Work with Penna’s marketing team to send out regular marketing material to candidate/client network
