What you’ll be doing
Reporting to our Client Services Supervisor, your day-to-day will be the perfect mix of client servicing and administration. As the first point of contact between Penna, the media, our partners and clients, we’ll entrust you with a high volume of incoming requests. At all times, your close attention to detail and flair for first-class customer service will be key. And your success will rely on your ability to build effective, collaborative relationships.
Who we’re looking for
Ideally, you’ll bring GCSEs in Maths and English, or equivalent. You’re familiar with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). And if you already have some experience in a sales or customer service environment, that’s great. Regardless, you’re quick to build rapport with colleagues, suppliers and clients. And you’re keen to learn, confident about making decisions, and ready to put that pro-active approach to work.
