Paid Search and Social Manager

And we have a specialist division that manages marketing campaigns specifically for higher education institutions.

You’ll be part of our Performance Media team, which specialises in managing ad campaigns for clients across a wide range of digital media channels. We’re based at brand new offices in Spitalfields, right next to some of the best shops and lunch spots in London. Since we’ve all been working remotely for the past year, we’ve started planning for a more flexible approach to office life, so you might only need to be in London a few days each month.

The role
You’ll be taking the lead on any Google and Facebook advertising activity, as well as other paid social channels such as Snapchat and TikTok. This will involve working with our client delivery managers on initial campaign planning and client proposals. You’ll then implement the campaigns on the various platforms and optimise performance on a day-to-day basis. You’ll work as part of a team alongside other specialists, so there will always be support on hand when things get busy. As the expert in your area, you’ll carry out training sessions with other teams to upskill them and share updates on recent trends. You’ll also make sure everything runs error-free and that campaign budgets are spent accurately. There’ll be opportunities to talk directly to clients as the leading specialist on paid search and social.

Essential requirements

  • Experience planning and managing complex campaigns of £100k+ budgets for a range of clients.
  • Passion & knowledge of the digital & social advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Above all, you’ll have detailed knowledge of planning and deploying Google and Facebook ad campaigns.
