Comms Strategist

Penna London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

At Penna & Stafford Long, our goal is to attract, excite and secure the right talent for our clients. But how do we do that? Well, we need to be heard over the hubbub. We need to stand out in a crowded market and create spot-on solutions that will delight our clients. And as part of our comms strategy team, you’ll be right at the heart of making that happen.

What you’ll do

Picture this: you’re working with the uber-talented (and very friendly) Head of Comms Strategy, developing strategies for attraction campaigns left, right and centre. You’re providing sound advice and robust insight, with a little bit of problem solving thrown in for good measure. And with your eye for detail and love of data, you’re coming up with ideas that will grow our existing clients, improve their recruitment and enhance our services.

When we say you’ll be a vital link, we mean it. You’ll communicate with in-house experts to enhance products and services. You’ll ensure strategy is implemented seamlessly, and make it your business to understand the finest details – without losing sight of the bigger picture. Using the principles of comms planning, you’ll hold your own as the strategic lead for key attraction and comms clients, always laser-focused on cracking their biggest challenges.

What you’ll need

Our clients rely on us to be experts, so you’ll be well-versed in the recruitment marketing industry and its processes. Delivering successful large-scale marketing campaigns is your sweet spot. You’re savvy with research. And your presentation and writing skills are second to none. So writing watertight strategies and reports chock full of invaluable insights will be a breeze for you.

You’re curious about what motivates people and what drives their behaviour, so thinking about audiences – who they are, what to say to them and the best way to reach them – will come naturally to you. Above all, you’re passionate about advertising and communications, excited to help us grow our clients, create innovative solutions and take our business to a whole other level.
