In 2017 a number of aspirant leaders approached us as they couldn’t find what they needed in terms of development support and insight. From this demand and the further research we have done with current chief executives and our public service advisory board, we are delighted to our first Aspiring Chief Executive Programme.
Our research and pilot days made us appreciate the real advantage of highly interactive modules with speakers and facilitators who didn’t offer ‘spin’ but real life experiences and chance to talk and network. So our programme will be different to others and provide high levels of action and situational learning, and leadership skill development.
A number of highly experienced chief executives have given their time to bring the programme to life, and we hope that the blend of Penna’s eye for talent, great networking and the input from current CEX’s understanding of the role and leadership challenge will create a powerful learning combination.
