As our Strategic Director you’ll be a key corporate leader across the organisation and be the strategic lead for the development of the Housing Strategy and lead the development of our housing, environment, and healthy community services, providing integrated, modern customer focused services that meet the needs of Gateshead and our communities. Your leadership of our large, diverse and dispersed workforce will help us to deliver our ambitious Thrive agenda, whilst maximising productivity, improving collaboration and driving culture change.
