The best practice from the UK’s most inclusive employers

Our recent ‘Diversity in the Public Sector – What has changed since the death of George Floyd’ event was so insightful! We were proud to co-host the event alongside the wonderful team at Inclusive Companies and hear from some truly inspiring industry leaders.

Our Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion – Attraction & Communication, Alexis Curtis-Harris sat down with Caroline Frankum, Global Chief Executive Office, Profiles Division at Kantar, and Wayne Brown, Deputy Chief Fire Officer, to talk about how they are addressing equality, inclusion and diversity in their workplaces.

‘It can be great to bring diverse talent into the business, but you must support them to succeed once they’re in,’ said Caroline. ‘We’re talking about breaking down barriers and structural discrimination that’s been inherent in our sector for years. It takes people in our position to make a difference.’
