Meet the team: John Kennedy, Penna’s Director of Sourcing.

Penna gives a warm welcome to John Kennedy.

John joined us in May this year after a stella career with recruitment and talent acquisition, focusing on direct sourcing, headhunting, and using the latest recrement technology to find hard to the best candidates for our clients. and Leading on the development of our direct sourcing offer and our recruitment process outsourcing ( RPO ) contracts John is helping us develop technology and AI to support the sourcing of candidates.
