Did you know... we're digital deliverers 

We developed a long-term social media strategy for The Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL). Where they previously struggled to recruit technical graduates, our campaign increased their hiring numbers by 18.6%. Better still, we improved their gender diversity in a male dominated field, 46.63% of those appointed were female.

Did you know... we create bespoke profiling

We provide ‘deep dive’ psychometric profiling assessments for one of the world's leading cinema operators, carrying out assessments in a range of European languages.

Did you know... we'll foster connections

For The Metropolitan Police we developed live chat sessions to introduce people that are already living the job to prospective candidates and created a forum for information sharing that increased candidate engagement and applications from initial interest.

Did you know... we can assess entire leadership teams

Oxfordshire County Council engaged us to create a bespoke Development Centre for all 87 of their managers, assessing their leadership skills both as a cohort and as individuals. Chief Executive Peter Clark said ‘Engaging Penna to work with us in designing a robust development assessment of our top managers was the best thing we could have done for our Council’.

Did you know... we've got unique screening solutions
